PAYMENTS

Rates are highly competitive in the marketplace. Fees are as quoted by email and vary dependant on time of year, length of stay and number of guests.

We require 50% deposit on booking and remaining 50% 2 weeks prior to check in. Refunds for cancellations are not available although we will within reason attempt to reschedule for a later date.

We also require a credit card authority for up to $1,000 per booking to be held as a bond against any damages or additional cleaning required. We will not debit the card, but simply hold the authority until inspection, taking out only the amount required to make good.
